When things go wrong, we’re here to help. For non-emergencies, please log in to your Online Tenant Portal to submit your maintenance requests. We will review your request and be in touch with a plan of action.
If you have an after horse emergency, please leave a message at 828-318-8313 ext 2 and we will respond promptly. Time sensitive situations include loss of power, flooding, loss of air conditioning or heat when the temperature is above 80 or below 60, or any other situation that you deem to be an emergency. If you have smoke coming out of an electrical outlet or elsewhere, please call 911.
